WHAT IS COVERED:

We will repair or replace, at our discretion, any bag that we deem as defective with regards to materials and workmanship. This warranty is automatically registered under the name and order number that you ordered with. If the bag was purchased as a gift, please email us at info@squatchdiscgolf within 90 days of purchase to register the warranty under a different name. If we decide to repair or replace your pack, we will cover the return shipping to you.

WHAT ISN’T COVERED:

Normal wear and tear is not covered. Cosmetic changes to the bag that are due to normal usage are not covered. Damage resulting from unintended consequences that are deemed outside normal usage of the bag are not covered. We will not warranty damage to materials caused by the use of chemicals on the bags. If we feel that the source of damage is questionable and difficult to discern whether it is a material or manufacturing defect, or normal wear and tear, we will work with you as much as we can to keep you as a satisfied customer.

CLEANING AND CARE:

Do NOT use detergents on your bag if at all possible. Do not put them in a dishwasher or washing machine or submerse them. Wipe them down with warm water thoroughly and they should look great and last a long time. If your pack is extremely dirty, use a very small amount of soap in a bucket of water to help break down the stain and wipe with clean water. Do NOT place sharp objects in the bag. If carrying an umbrella with a point, make sure the point is sticking upwards and not pressing against the materials.

RETURN POLICY:

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it if it is new and has no signs of use. Please email us for Return Material Authorization if you would like a refund on an unused bag. You will need to pay for shipping the product back to us, along with a 10% restocking fee. We will refund the balance of your purchase price once we have received and examined your return to confirm that it is new and unused. It may take several days for this process to be completed and funds deposited into your account.
